It was a pain. After waiting hours for the tech support team to even start migrating the site from the old server, I just did it myself.

But I am up and running without a hitch. Was actually pretty easy. What was taking them hours took me all of ten minutes.

So a word to the wise. If you are developing sites, it is good to learn a thing or two about actually administering the server. Takes a lot of the waiting out of the job.

Here is a case of a man that thought he knew everything about Survival. But he forgot the most essential Survival Skill. And that is to use your head.

It has been a rough week or two. But I am working on some articles to publish so you guys have something to read at least.

Work has been a real pain and they have me working odd hours since a guy quit. So I never know when I am actually going to have time to sit at my computer and write.

The good news is that I have several articles in draft right now and all they really need is some going over and they are ready to publish.
